<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear structure of a vehicle hardly permitting rainwater to gather around an electrical apparatus disposed underneath the rear window. <P>SOLUTION: The rear structure of a bus (vehicle) includes: a panel 2; a recessed portion 3; a rear window; a window glass 5; and electrical apparatus 6; a weather strip 7. The panel 2 forms the skin of the rear of the vehicle body. The recessed portion 3 is formed by being recessed from the outside of the panel 2. The rear window opens near to the upper inside the recessed portion 3. The window glass 5 is fixed to the recessed portion 3 in a range covering the rear window with glue G. The electrical apparatus 6 is disposed inside the recessed portion 3 below the window glass 5.
