<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen manufacturing plant which is capable of diminishing a pressure drop in the second feeding flow path as small as possible and of improving a refining efficiency in the hydrogen refining apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen manufacturing plant is provided with: a reforming apparatus 102 for producing a hydrogen-rich gas by carrying out the reforming reaction of a hydrocarbon gas; a boosting apparatus 104 for compressing to boost the hydrogen-rich gas reformed by the reforming apparatus; a hydrogen refining apparatus 106 for producing a high-purity hydrogen gas by removing the impurities contained in the boosted hydrogen-rich gas; and a hydrogen storage tank 108 for storing the refined high-purity hydrogen gas. The booster 104 is by-passed with a by-pass flow path 134, the by-pass flow path 134 being mounted with a flow control valve 136, and the flow control valve 136 being subjected to the opening/closing control on the basis of a throughput of the hydrogen-rich gas in the first feeding flow path 120 and a pressure of the hydrogen-rich gas in the second feeding flow path 122. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
