PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the antitheft effect in an antitheft device capable of operating an ECU by sending a second ID code to the ECU from a key set when the input code is matched with the first ID cord.

SOLUTION: A mans for inputting the second reference code to be collated with the second ID code is provided on a reception unit 4 of an ECU 10 or a key set. A means for writing the registered reference code in the reception unit as the second ID code when the input code is matched with the pre-registered second reference code is further provided. The code input as the second reference code is input by the opening/closing operation of a throttle provided on a vehicle and a plurality of access operations of a side stand 12, and one digit of the code is represented by the number of the throttle operations between the two side stand access operations.
