ADAPTIVE ORGANIZING APPARATUS FOR BROADCAST CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive organizing apparatus for broadcast contents capable of preventing the concentration of accesses caused on the opportunity of broadcasting contents without relying on access delay control. SOLUTION: Many contents are registered in content servers 11, 12 in a way of being uniquely identified by contents IDs. The attribute information of the contents is registered to a content management table 13. A congestion detection section 14 detects the congestion of network channels 5 and overloads of a message reception server 3. A time table of each program is registered to a time table server 15. A content edit section 16 reads a time table corresponding to a program ID from a time table server 15 and notifies a content selection section 5 about IDs of contents broadcast in each program frame and each CM frame. A content selection section 17 reads contents corresponding to the noticed content ID from the CM content server 11 or the program content server 12 and provides the read contents to a content buffer 18.
