<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned transporting dolly which is used in a clean room of a liquid crystal display panel manufacturing plant, a semiconductor manufacturing plant or the like, and which is provided with an open/close door used for the prevention of occurrence of particles from the above. <P>SOLUTION: The unmanned transporting dolly 10 is installed in the clean room, and is provided with a slide-type door device 4 on its side. The unmanned transporting dolly 10, on which an object to be transported is placed, transports the object to be transported between devices. The slide-type door device 4 of the unmanned transporting dolly 10 is constituted of doors 5, 6, 7, 8, a rail body 12, and a retaining device 35. The doors 5, 6, 7, 8 are made to make opening-and-closing movements by a drive part provided to the lower position of the unmanned transporting dolly 10, and the rail body 12 guides the tops of the doors 5, 6, 7, 8. Then the retaining device 35 is constituted by arranging magnetic substances 31, 32, 33, 34 in a manner of making the same polarity reverse to each other between the tops of the doors 5, 6, 7, 8 and the rail body 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
