PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow work while making an operator performing correction work or confirmation of reading not recognize contents of information when reading the information of a slit or the like including personal information by use of an OCR device. SOLUTION: A display control part 3 or 7 replaces display order of image information at random and displays it, and the operator cannot recognize the image information only as fragmentary information.
