PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment without the user becoming offended by heat generation due to a light source. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment, having the heat generation by the light source, comprises the light source; a projection optical system for projecting optical image by light, from the light source; a radiating member that radiates heat due to the light source; a housing for at least storing the projection optical system and the radiating member; and a space expansion and contraction means for expanding and contracting the space inside the housing.
