PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit and to shorten an automatic adjustment time, etc. SOLUTION: The signal of a single pulse pattern is outputted from a single pulse pattern generator 11. The signal passing a selector 13 is made to be two signals with an inverted phase mutually and transmitted to a receiving circuit 20 by a transmitting circuit 14. A Teye determining part 21 measures an eye opening in an eye waveform temporal direction, based on the two signals and a sampling clock from a sampling clock control unit 22. An adjustment control unit 23 determines largeness between the measured eye opening and a target value, and transmits a determination result to the transmitting circuit 14.
