PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device that is highly airtight and easy to be assembled. SOLUTION: A housing comprises a housing body, and a top cover and a bottom cover 7 for blocking openings thereof, wherein bonding portions between the housing body and top cover and bottom cover 7 are watertightly sealed by a sealing agent. The bottom cover 7 is also formed with a through-hole 20 that communicates from the interior to the exterior of the housing and is sealed by the sealing agent.
