PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel outer cylinder side bracket with a stopper for a cylindrical rubber mount, having simple construction with a less number of components for advantageously actualizing a stopper mechanism which restricts relative displacement between inner and outer cylinder fittings in the cylinder rubber mount while avoiding an increase in the size of the mount, and to provide a cylindrical rubber mount bracket. SOLUTION: An abutting portion 74 of the outer cylinder side bracket 14 on another member 15 is sectionally shaped to be annularly closed in cooperation with a press-in cylinder portion 48 and a plate portion 50 of the outer cylinder bracket 14 via stopper fittings 64 to form the stopper mechanism. A firm wall portion 66 of the stopper fitting 64 and its extension edge 70 and a connection plate portion 95 and supporting plate portions 92, 94 of an inner cylinder side bracket 15 continuously provided approximately perpendicular to each other constitute the stopper mechanism in both axially perpendicular and axial directions of the cylindrical rubber mount bracket 10.
