发明名称 SHOCK ABSORBING MECHANISM USING INCLINED OVAL COIL SPRING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration control performance and quietness by absorbing the deformation of a spring when loaded. SOLUTION: The inclined oval coil spring inclined at an angle ofα0 to one direction is combined with a rubber elastic body. A grooved portion is provided in opposition to an upper flange of a spring supporting flange having the upper flange and to the spring supporting flange. Into the grooved portion, the inclined oval coil spring is loosely fitted and installed lying in the axial direction of the coil spring. In a recessed portion provided at the upper edge on the either side of the grooved portion at the side of the spring supporting flange, the rubber elastic body is arranged side by side apart from the upper flange. The inclined oval coil spring works within an application range of the deformation ratio of the angle ofα0 of the inclined oval coil spring to load on the upper flange and the rubber elastic body works which is locked to the upper flange so that the elastic body and the spring support all load in cooperation.
