PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat in which an output side member is rotated finely by a lever pumping operation and also is rotated in a lever operating direction at a stroke when a load is applied in the lever operating direction. SOLUTION: The seat adjusting device of the seat includes a clutch unit X which is interposed between the lever and the rotary member of a movement mechanism. The clutch unit X includes: a lever side clutch part 11 arranged at an input side so as to control the transmission/block of a rotary torque to an output side by the lever operation; a brake side clutch part 12 arranged at the output side so as to transmit the input torque from the lever side clutch part 11 to the output side and blocks a reverse input torque from the output side; and a rotation controlling clutch part 13 attached to the brake side clutch part 12 so as to rotate a pinion shaft 28 of the brake side clutch part 12 by inching by the pumping operation for turning the lever of the lever side clutch part 12 in one direction, and to freely rotate the pinion shaft 28 of the brake side clutch part 12 by one operation for turning the lever in a reverse direction.
