The invention relates to a storage car (1), for storing bulk material (27), comprising a car chassis (2) which may be optionally supported on rail- (3) or non-rail-bound carriages (4). A floor conveyor belt (9), running in the car longitudinal direction and arranged in a storage container (8) and a transfer conveyor belt (11), arranged at an angle extending over a front end of the car chassis are provided on the above. At a rear end (12) of the floor conveyor belt (9) with relation to a transport direction (10), the storage car (1) has an excavator device (13) for picking up and removing the bulk material (27) on the floor conveyor belt (9). The excavator device (13) is arranged outside the storage container (8) and comprises an adjustable grab (31) operated by actuators (14, 15). The excavator device (13) further comprises a take-up conveyor belt (22) with a low take-up end (23) and an ejection end (24) positioned above the floor conveyor belt (9). |
