The lid (28) (72) (92) can be pivotably attached to the storage portion (26) by a living hinge (30) and can be opened by being pried open at one end thereof, or by applying inward pressing forces to opposite sides of the container (20) (70) (90) or applying inward pressure to the front of the container (20) (70) (90).
