The device has a main part (5) located at the back of the user and provided with a padded supporting belt (10,22,23) at its lower edge to be fastened at the front with complementary patches of Velcro(RTM) (11a,11b). Two stubs (9a) exceeding from the front area can be joined with patches of Velcro(RTM) to similar stubs (9b) exceeding from the back in order to form shoulder straps. The front of the chest can be additionally covered by two appropriately shaped parts also guided towards the center of the chest and fastened with Velcro(RTM).
