An Internet-based online stock trading system and a method thereof are provided to relay an online stock trading service to users connecting to a company for providing stock information through various kinds of communication media by relaying the stock information providing companies and stock companies with an integrated standard platform. A plurality of stock information providing companies(100) provide the users connected through the communication media with stock information and a virtual instant ordering area executing an instant ordering service. The stock companies(200) process order and stock account business according to stock trading. A user certification/information management center(300) performs public certification through certification of a public certificate management system when an event for requesting the certification is generated from the user selecting the virtual instant ordering area. An instant relay server system(400) provides the stock information and trading result information according to a stock trading result to the user connected to the stock information providing company by using the standard platform between the stock information providing companies and the stock companies. |
