A method for preparing multi-functional hydrolyzate of Korean Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis is provided to obtain health-aid food having anti-oxidative, anti-hypertensive and anti-cancer effects by using an easily available starting material. A method for preparing multi-functional hydrolyzate of Korean Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis comprises the steps of: digesting Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis and collecting edible portions; adding the same amount of water as the edible portions and crushing the mixture; adding 1%(w/w) of protease thereto and adjusting the pH to 5.9 at 54.7 deg.C; and carrying out hydrolysis of Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis. |
