A chicken frying powder mix is provided to allow incorporation of various nutrients contained in natural ingredient and other health-aid components contained in green tea or curry into a conventional powder mix. A chicken frying powder mix comprises: base ingredient powder containing corn starch, low-gluten wheat flour, pepper, any one of purified salt, bamboo salt and baked salt, natural seasoning or hexane-based seasoning, xanthan gum and guar gum as a natural paste, and capsaicin extracted from red pepper powder or red pepper; and black bean powder. The chicken frying powder mix further comprises green tea powder and curry powder. |
