COVERING MEMBER AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

A covering member and a display device having the same are provided to reduce time for manufacturing the same by combining a plurality of chassis through extrusion. A covering member includes a plurality of chassis(170), and fastening members(140). The chassis are formed at four edges of a display device to cover a front side or a rear side of the display device. The fastening member fastens chassis at the edges in which lateral sides meets each other. The chassis includes lateral surface units(135,175) and support units(131,171). The lateral surface unit of the chassis covers respective lateral surfaces of the display device. The support unit covers the front surface or the rear surface of the display device.
