EFFECTIVE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR DRY NOSE SYNDROME

A pharmaceutical composition is provided to secure excellent moisturizing effect, bioadhesiveness and long term maintenance property and be very effective for alleviating and treating symptoms of dry nose syndrome by preparing a crosslinked hydrogel type pernasal administering formulation using a crosslinkage hydrogel method. A composition for alleviating and treating dry nose syndrome comprises 5-40 wt.% of a wetting agent such as propylene glycol, 10-50 wt.% of a moisturizer such as polyethylene glycol 400, 0.02-20 wt.% of an anti-oxidizing agent such as di-alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate, 0.1-15 wt.% of a hydrogel forming carrier such as carbomer and 0.1-10 wt.% of a crosslinking agent such as calcium chloride and is prepared by a crosslinking hydrogel method.
