<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean curd vessel which can effectively house flat rectangular parallelepiped soybean curd or the like together with water for keeping freshness, buffering, shape-keeping or the like to distribute and sell it as it is, enables a customer to discharge water (cutting water) housed in together with the soybean curd without wetting customer's hands or scattering water in the surroundings, and facilitates the draining of water and the take-out of the soybean curd. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean curd vessel has a rectangular, peelable plastic film-made cover material 30 with an cover-opening tab 31 in a corner or the like, the cover material 30 welded to a flange 21 of the upper circumferential part of a plastic-made vessel body 20 of a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape or the like with an open upper surface and round corners to close the cover.
