<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable internal combustion engine ignition device by reducing the size, cost and assembling man-hours of a primary electric power input part used for the internal combustion engine ignition device. <P>SOLUTION: This internal combustion engine ignition device is provided with: a connector part for arranging and storing a circuit board controlling primary electric current cut-off etc: and an ignition coil part. The connector part comprises: a primary electric power input part formed of a fire-retardant insulating resin material; a metallic terminal for inputting electric power and ignition signals to the ignition coil part and the circuit board; the circuit board for performing switching control of a primary coil; and a circuit board fitting frame for fitting the circuit board. The circuit board comprises: a power device having a molded power switching element; and peripheral electronic components (capacitor, resistance and diode etc.).
