PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which can form a film hardly causing irregularity of film thickness or film quality with respect to a cylindrical base body, can suppress the generation of film stripping and hardly causes image irregularity and a microscopic image defect at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the method of forming deposit film, a plurality of base bodies 10 are made to adjoin to each other while being supported by a base body supporter 24 and a deposit film is formed on the surface of the base bodies 10, wherein the deposit film is formed while the base bodies 10 are connected with each other via connection members 7.
