PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cumulatively update an operation history of an apparatus, by carrying on an operation history stored by a circuit board before replacement even in a replaced circuit board. SOLUTION: When replacing a control circuit board 231 of an outdoor unit 23 with another control circuit board 241, replacement is carried out after transferring contents stored by the control circuit board 231 to the control circuit board 241. Information which should be cumulatively updated by the control circuit board 231, listing an operation history of the outdoor unit 23, particularly a leakage amount of coolant, is carried on from the control circuit board 231 to the control circuit board 241.
