PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating medium conveyance system capable of reducing power for conveying a heat transfer medium by optimally maintaining a receiving pressure of a heat utilization plant. SOLUTION: The heating medium conveyance system is composed by providing a heat supply plant 104 supplying heat and the heat utilization plant 106 utilizing heat, and the supply system 104 and the heat utilization plant 106 are connected via an outgoing conveyance passage 108 and a return conveyance passage 110. The heat utilization plant 106 is provided with a plurality of heat utilization devices 124, a receiving pressure detecting means 154 is provided in an inflow side of the heat utilization device, a heat source controller 13 calculates a receiving pressure difference between a receiving pressure of the inflow side of each heat utilization device 124 and its allowable minimum receiving pressure, and operation control of a heat source unit 118 and a supply pump 120 is carried out such that a receiving pressure of a particular heat utilization device with the smallest receiving pressure difference becomes the allowable minimum receiving pressure of the particular heat utilization device.
