PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which the cost can be reduced by decreasing the number of components. SOLUTION: In a motor where the axis of rotation of an inner circumferential side rotor 11 having inner circumferential side magnet portions 11A of different polarities arranged alternately along the circumferential direction is arranged coaxially with the axis of rotation of an outer circumferential side rotor 12 having outer circumferential side magnet portions 12A of different polarities arranged alternately along the circumferential direction, and a rotary means 14 can alter the relative phase between the inner circumferential side rotor 11 and the outer circumferential side rotor 12 by rotating at least any one of the inner circumferential side rotor 11 and the outer circumferential side rotor 12 about the axis of rotation, variable width of the relative phase between the inner circumferential side rotor 11 and the outer circumferential side rotor 12 by the rotary means 14 is set within the range of electrical angle of 180°.
