PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure for a vehicle satisfying welding adaptation requirements; joining a reinforcement and gusset to a floor cross member, a floor panel, and a body frame; and ensuring vehicle body stiffness by reinforcing the floor cross member, the floor panel, and a body frame by the reinforcement and the gusset. SOLUTION: A lower flange portion 30 of the reinforcement 10 is jointed to a floor panel 1, and and upper end flange portion 8a of a body frame 8 so as to superimpose, and joined to a lower end flange portion 8a of a first floor cross member 8 and the floor panel 1 so as to superimpose. A vertical wall portion 31 of the reinforcement 10 is jointed to a front wall 8b of the first floor cross member 8, and the gusset 11 is joined to the lower end flange portion 8a of the first floor cross member 8 and the floor panel 1 so as to superimpose.
