PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a further improvement of writing performance by forming the apex of a conical pen point as in a hemispherical shape as possible and gradually tapering the entirety toward the apex as into the expected conical shape as possible. SOLUTION: First, a plurality of comb tooth-like pieces 2 are formed on the apex part side and slits 20 are nicked extending toward the base part from the apex part or a slightly backward position from the apex part.
