PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job managing device being very convenient for a user when printed matter is passed to others. SOLUTION: A delivery agency PC transmits a printing job to a printer together with the information of a delivery destination of the printing job, and a printing setting (S103). The printer receives the printing job (S201), and transmits a notification that a printing preparation is completed to the delivery destination PC, and performs the notification (S205). The delivery destination PC displays the notification prior to printing based on the notification content (S301). The user of the delivery destination PC peruses the notification content, and grasps that a document addressed to him is about to be transmitted and printed.
