An occupant detection sensor system is provided to reduce a noise due to particles in a hole on a flexible circuit material by patterning a film material, which is used for detecting an occupant in a vehicle. An occupant detection sensor system includes a flexible circuit material(10), at least one antenna, and an occupant detecting circuit(22). The flexible circuit material contains plural apertures. The antenna is arranged on the flexible circuit material. The occupant detecting circuit is connected to the antenna. The occupant detecting circuit detects an existence of an occupant or a characteristic of the occupant in response to a transmitted energy. The occupant detecting circuit includes a capacitor or an electromagnetic field detecting circuit. The flexible circuit material contains a polyester film. The antenna contains a conductive material. |
