<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caring lifter improving the safety when being used by the physically disabled. <P>SOLUTION: This caring lifter has a suspension belt, a motor winding up the suspension belt, and a control part driving the motor based on an input from an operation means and lifts a person to be suspended by winding up the suspension belt. This care lifter is further provided with a wind-up amount detecting means detecting the wind-up amount of the suspension belt by the motor, and a motor abnormality determination means determining the abnormality, when the control part drivingly controls the motor in the wind-up direction, if the increase in the wind-up amount within a prescribed time detected by the wind-up amount detecting means is a prescribed value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
