PRINTING PLATE AND PRINTING METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping of paste from a mask of a plate frame in filling the paste by a squeegeeing method and to provide a circuit board of high quality. SOLUTION: By making a squeegee pass along a gap absorbing part 3 provided in the plate frame 1 at the time of filling the paste, the remnant of the paste on the mask 2 is lessened. Thereby the dropping of the paste to a stage of a filling machine (not shown in figure) can be prevented and thus the circuit board excellent in the quality is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
