PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with re-login of a client terminal when a server is switched. SOLUTION: This system 10 is provided with a first Web server 12, a second Web server 14, a load balancer 18 and a DB server 16. The first Web server 12 is provided with: a means for transmitting a session identification code to a client terminal 22; a means for registering a session management record in a session management table 30 of the DB server 16; a means for extracting the data necessary for the takeover of a session from a memory when an operation stop time arrives, and for storing the data into a saved data storage part 34 of the DB server 16; a means for recording the storage area of the saved data in a management record; and a means for erasing session relevant data from the memory. The second Web server 14 is provided with: a means for specifying a saved data storage area by referring to a management table 30 when receiving a telegraphic message from a client terminal 22 through the load balancer 18; a means for extracting the saved data from the saved data storage part 34, and for restoring the session information; and a means for setting the session information to the memory.
