PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline information system wherein facilities data can be managed on the basis of an absolute position while maintaining the relation of connection with other facilities and a relative position to other facilities, roads, and the like. SOLUTION: Facility data of a pipeline having two kinds of coordinates, i.e. a coordinate based on the relative position to other facilities, and a coordinate based on the absolute position, is stored in a facility database 21, and map data is stored in a map database 31. A facilities data display switching operation section 22 selects either one of or both of the two kinds of coordinates, and a facilities data read-out section 23 reads, out of the facilities database 21, the facilities data having the selected coordinate. The facilities data is superposed on the map data which is also read-out, and a map/facilities data display section 11 displays the facilities data and the map data together.
