摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform brake element fastening control of an automatic transmission such as control in uphill start from a hill holding condition during neutral control according fluctuation of friction coefficient of a brake element friction surface due to facing temperature. SOLUTION: Facing temperature of a brake element for hill holding in hill holding control is detected by a temperature sensor arranged to detect temperature of lubricating oil discharged through a friction surface of the brake element. Then, friction coefficientμis calculated based on facing temperature and differential brake rotation, and fastening fluid pressure (brake fluid pressure) is established based on the friction coefficientμand differential rotation of brake.
