PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED element in which a reduction of chromaticity change by an angle of field is achieved by a simple method. SOLUTION: In an inside of one pixel, a first part 2a in which a film thickness of ITO2 is T<SB>1</SB>and a second part 2b in which the film thickness of ITO2 is T<SB>2</SB>are prepared by a predetermined area ratio. The values of the film thickness T<SB>1</SB>and the film thickness T<SB>2</SB>are the value which cancels out the chromaticity change due to the angle of field mutually. The thickness difference of the first part 2a and the second part 2b is 30-70 nm preferably. A level difference of the first part 2a and the second part 2b is preferably to be a gently-sloping shape.
