Thienopyrimidines and Thiazolopyrimidines for Use in Medicine

The use of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein X¹, X², X³, X⁴, R^a, p, R¹, Z, Y, R², R³ and R⁴ are as defined in the specification, in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of C-C chemokine mediated conditions, such as inflammatory disease. Certain compounds of formula (I) are novel and these, together with their preparation are also described and claimed.
