PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of preventing a problem that operations of cooling devices respectively disposed in a plurality of showcases are stopped all together by a defrosting operation. SOLUTION: Each cooling device 5 has an upper limit value and a lower limit value of a temperature condition of a cooled space (inside 4). Control for supplying a refrigerant to the showcase 3 when a temperature of the cooled space (inside 4) rises to the upper limit value, and stopping the supply of refrigerant when the temperature is lower to the lower limit value, is executed in each cooling device 5. A refrigerating machine 8 is operated when the refrigerant is supplied to any of the cooling devices 5, and is stopped when the supply of refrigerant is stopped in all of the cooling devices 5, and the supply of refrigerant to the cooling device 5 is not stopped when the temperature of the cooled space (inside 4) of the cooling device 5 is lowered to the lower limit value in a state that the refrigerant is supplied to any one of the cooling devices 5.
