A pixel circuit of an OLED device and a driving method thereof are provided to obtain uniform images in a low grayness by using a high current in a low grayness expression and a low current in a light emitting mode. A first transistor(M1), which is connected to a first source voltage line, controls a first current(IM1) during a first period. A second transistor(M2), which is connected to a data line and a gate of the first transistor, is turned on during the first period. A third transistor(M3), which is connected to the data line and a drain of the first transistor, is turned on during the first period. A fourth transistor(M4), which is connected to the drain and an anode of an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device(OLED), is turned on during a second period. A capacitor(Cst) is connected to the first source voltage line and the gate of the first transistor. A current distributing unit(100), which is connected to the fourth transistor, distributes the first current.
