<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery negative electrode material using Si and its compound or Sn and its compound as an active material to cope with a charging/discharging phenomenon in a lithium ion secondary battery negative electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A first layer formed in a film on a collector by a sputtering method, and a second layer formed in a film further thereon by vacuum deposition or wet plating are structured to have the same composition containing Si or Sn. An active material layer with excellent coupling property to the collector in the same way as sputtering film formation and with excellent productivity in the same way as wet plating can thereby be obtained to provide the negative electrode large in both capacity and capacity maintenance rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
