<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor where welding between a casing and an inner component or welding between a barrel casing and an end casing has sufficient strength and the welding has low strain achieved by suppressing an influence of heat by welding. <P>SOLUTION: A method of producing the compressor 1 has a positioning process and a welding process. The compressor 1 has the casing 10 and the inner component 60 received in the casing 10. The casing 10 has a first face section 11a, and the inner component 60 has a second face section 60a. The second face section 60a faces the first face section 11a. The first face section 11a and the second face section 60a are made to face each other in the positioning process so that the space therebetween is > 0 mm and ≤ 0.6 mm. In the welding process, any filler metal is not fed, and the first face section 11a is subjected to laser welding to the second face section 60a while no hole is formed in the first face section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
