<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant composition that can continuously be ingested because it is safe without harmful action and provide food, cosmetic and feed including the same. <P>SOLUTION: This antioxidant composition includes water-soluble arabinoxylan, preferably water-soluble arabinoxylan extracted from Gramineae plant, and can suitably be used for prevention and/or improvement of various kinds of affection caused by activated oxygen.
