PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration in which inputted biological information can be used not only by an information processor but also for other uses, with respect to the information processor for inputting biological information. SOLUTION: A communication system is configured so as to make a compound machine as an information processor and a personal computer as an external device communicable, wherein the compound machine is provided with a fingerprint reading part for reading a fingerprint, specifies a user from a read fingerprint (S205 to S212) and executes processing according to a set condition corresponding to the user (S213 and S221). Further, the compound machine performs processing for transmitting an inputted fingerprint to the personal computer (S214).
