PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating system capable of heating a floor by utilizing solar light without excessively heating the floor with a simple constitution at low costs, and not affecting extermination of harmful insects under floor. SOLUTION: This floor heating system comprises a window portion 20 for allowing the solar light to transmit into an indoor space 10, a floor internal space 35 formed inside of a double-layered floor 30 composed of an upper floor portion 31 and a lower floor portion 32 separated from each other, a duct 40 positioned at an upper part of the indoor space 10 at its upper end opening portion 41 and connected with the floor internal space 35 at its lower end opening portion 42, an air blower 45 for pressure-feeding the air in the indoor space 10 heated by the solar light from the upper end toward the lower end in the duct 40, a communicating portion 50 communicating the floor internal space 35 and the indoor space 10, and a heat insulating portion 61 disposed at a lower side of the double-layered floor 30.
