PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam-molded article being a stable foamed body by molding a resin compounded with thermally expandable microcapsules. SOLUTION: The foam-molded article is obtained by foaming an expandable thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising (a) 10-90 pts.wt. olefin resin or olefin rubber (with the proviso that the olefin resin or the olefin rubber has≤140°C melting point or softening point) based on 100 pts.wt. total of the components (a) to (c), (b) 9-85 pts.wt. thermally expandable microcapsules expandable at a temperature of 120-300°C based on 100 pts.wt. total of the components (a) to (c), (c) 1-30 pts.wt. silica sol based on 100 pts.wt. total of the components (a) to (c), and (d) 50-99 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin based on total of the components (a) to (c) and component (d).
