PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of preventing the air inclusion caused when the decorative sheet is molded by vacuum forming and enhanced in the reproducibility of a desired design. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet including a first resin layer having a color layer formed thereto and a second resin layer and constituted so that the first and second resin layers are bonded by an adhesive so as to hold the color layer formed to the first resin layer, recessed parts with an average depth of 0.3-3μm are formed to the surface on the side opposite to the surface bonded to the second resin layer by the adhesive.
