WATERPROOF SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for offset printing which is improved in ink drying properties, glossiness, blocking resistance, and printing work properties. SOLUTION: In the waterproof sheet in which a coating layer containing an inorganic pigment and a binder as main components is formed on at least one surface of a laminated sheet having a thermoplastic resin layer as at least one outermost layer of a sheet-shaped substrate or a thermoplastic resin sheet, colloidal silica in which primary particles are spherical and the ratio of a secondary particle diameter to a primary particle diameter is 1.5-3.0 or needlelike colloidal alumina are incorporated as the inorganic pigment.
