PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film which is excellent in antiglare properties, hard coatability, adhesiveness, in particular, adhesiveness to a base material after a light-resistance test is completed, coating suitability and leveling workability, and has no stripes or scratches on a coated surface. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of an antiglare film having an antiglare layer on a triacetylcellulose-based transparent board. In this case, an ionizing radiation-type hardening composition, which comprises organic fine particles of 3-10μm in average diameter (A), a compound having at least three ethylenically unsaturated double bonds (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C) and a carbonate-based solvent (D) represented by the general formula [1] or [2], is applied to the surface of the triacetylcellulose transparent board and then hardened by ionizing radiation to form the antiglare layer.
