PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the frequency band of an input signal not only to the high-frequency side, but also to the low-frequency side. SOLUTION: A multiplier 12 multiplies an input signal Sin of a signal interpolating device 1 by a signal Sin branched at a node N. An HPF 13 outputs a signal S2 of only a high-frequency side signal component of a signal S1 generated by the multiplier 12. A multiplier 15 generates a signal S4 by multiplying the signal generated by an oscillator 14 by the input signal Sin. An LPF 16 outputs a signal S5 of only a low-frequency side signal component of the signal S4 generated by the multiplier 15. An adder 18 adds a signal S6 supplied from a delay circuit 17, the signal S2 output by the HPF 13, and the signal S5 output by the LPF 16 together.
