摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a test of communication between communication terminals in a call center system so as not to trouble an original job. SOLUTION: Each of speech units 11-13 comprises a personal computer 1A and an audio editing device 1B. The audio editing device 1B comprises an input terminal for receiving an audio signal from each of the other speech units 1, an output terminal for outputting an audio signal to each of the other speech units 1, and a circuit for determining an output terminal being an output destination of an audio signal inputted from an input terminal. The personal computer 1A comprises a path setting command unit 5M2 for test which sets a path for test for exchanging a test signal TS between speech units 12, 13 to be tested to circuits thereof, a call arrival monitoring unit 5M6 for monitoring the arrival of a telephone call at a call center, and a test end control unit 5M7 for releasing the path for test when the arrival of the call is detected by the call arrival monitoring unit 5M6.
